2 - 3 photographs of an item by itself if it doesn't have an online product listing, such as a custom collar.

2 - 3 attitude notes on how your character should be acting / reacting [i.e, smug, grumpy, flustered etc]

Specified pose, activity, or background if the art is not artistic liberty.

Reference sheets with heavy shading on the character, or VRchat screenshots.

Selfies, photographs, or videos of real life people performing sexual or suggestive acts, or displaying genitalia.

Lengthy paragraphs of character lore or descriptions.

Email is preferred for all commission-related communication as I may not receive notifications for incoming DMs on social media and messaging apps.

I will always reach out to a client over email first.

Finished artwork is delivered via email.

I am out of office on weekends and therefore unable to respond to emails during that time.

Payment is due within 10 days after the invoice has been sent out. If you require an extension, please let me know within your order form.

Payment plans may be accepted for large orders.

Completed artwork is not eligible for refund.

Refunds may be issued due to conflict of interest or if I cannot complete your artwork due to catastrophic events.

If a refund must be issued while work on an art piece is already underway, the client will receive a partial refund.

If a relationship dissolves during the art process, it is the responsibility of the client to communicate this at the earliest convenience. I am happy to work with clients to make other arrangements / replace characters. If I am not informed, I will not refund any amount for the completed artwork.

On average, commissions can take 3 - 4 months to complete. Additional time may be required depending on the complexity of the artwork.

Clients will be added into my Trello after a commission has been accepted and the invoice sent out.

Work begins on your commission after the invoice has been paid in full.

Clients receive one rough sketch [unless additional are requested]. These sketches are intentionally rough with the focus on establishing poses, expressions, or environments. Clients are encouraged to request any needed changes to these items at this time.

Clients are welcome to reach out for updates at any time! I politely request that clients allow a minimum of two weeks elapse before reaching out again for updates.

Two copies of the completed artwork are emailed back to the client: a high res copy and a low res watermarked copy.

If the final artwork requires any edits or corrections, clients are encouraged to address any changes they may need! Large changes that would impact the integrity of the pose or lineart may warrant an additional fee.

Clients may repost / share their completed artwork on social media and galleries. If a client has been given both a high res and low res copies of their art, they may share either edition at their discretion.

Clients may print their completed artwork for personal nonprofitable use.

If a client would like to resell merchandise involving their finished art, a one-time commercial use fee may apply.

Artwork is not permitted to be used in endorsement of, or participation in, cryptocurrency or non-fungible tokens.
